1.MATERIAL:

we use a high quality  polymer clay, after baking and finalizing, it has similar property to plastic and has a certain degree to toughness. confirmed by high temperature, please do not use it in (microwave, dishwasher..) oterwise it will not changes,and it will never deform or fade

2.CLEANING:

gentle clean with water and soap by soft loofah is great .

3.SIZE AND WEIGHT:

the mug size is 350 ML. its perfect to enjoy your  favorite HOT ot COLD drinks.

4-ORDER PROCESS:

our time to finish the designed mug depending on our customers  own design. each cup is unique and irreplaceable. your lovely cup will be ready in 2weeks after we receive your order or photos.

shipping for outside UAE will take an additional week, but may be longer in current situation.

5-REFUND POLICY:

*80% refund if the production has not been started.

*50%refund already parts are made.

*10%refund if production finished
